Hansi
INGREDIENTS:
- Whole fresh anchovies
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Flour
- Lemon
PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in a large skillet about 2 inches deep worth of oil and bring up to 375 degrees. Dredge the anchovies in flour and place into hot oil to lightly fry. Once cooked remove onto draining towels and serve with lots of fresh squeezed lemon.
