Solomillo Al Queso Azul
Marinated Sirloin tips with Valdeon Blue Cheese sauceINGREDIENTS:
- sirloin tips or steak
- queso azul de valdeon cheese
- cream
- cider
- olive oil
- salt
PREPARATION:
Heat the cheese, the cream and a dash of cider in a saucepan, stirring all the time until smooth. smear the meat in oil and fry in a dry frying pan or in a hot griddle until brown on all sides. once cooked place on serving dish and pour cheese sauce over top.
