Our menu features fresh produce in season, sustainable meats from area farms, herbs from our rooftop garden, and exceptional cheeses from Connecticut and around the world.
At Caseus, Every Cheese has a Story and we are here to help you expand your cheese palette. We strive to make a large selection of artisanal cheese accessible and enjoyable for our customers. Through retail efforts, education, and participation in community events, we tell “cheese stories” that link food to memories, traditions and experiences.

Steps from our bistro is our one of a kind cheese shop, retailing a varied selection of more than 100 unique artisan cheeses, gourmet dry goods, spices, olive oils, chocolates, preserves and freshly baked breads from local small producers. Our curated selection of cheeses are aged professionally in our special “cave” facility and lovingly served up by our cheesemongers with knowledge and passion for every product. The cheeses are cut to order and wrapped in cheese paper for best quality at peak ripeness.
